So, Aiden's been going through this phase lately...oh please God I hope it's a phase. He wants to be held ALL the time. To communicate this he cries or wails. And it's not Daddy he wants holding him, it's Umma. He'll be with Daddy playing or in his walker or bouncer, but then he sees Umma and the turns on the water works. What in the world? I don't get it. Does he already know I'm a push over? And I'll do whatever he wants? Hahaha...I try to ignore it for a little while because I know he's just eaten, had his diaper changed and there's nothing wrong with him. But sometimes that doesn't work. So then he's on my hip as I'm trying to do laundry, making his bottles, whatever...and of course he's trying to grab EVERYTHING. Oh well...I'm learning as I go since there's no Mommy manual. Of course, even if there were, I'm not sure I'd follow it too well. :-P
