FINALLY AN UPDATE :-)

Yes, yes, I know, it's been forever since I've updated you on the joys of Aiden. :-) He started his new class the last week in August. He seems to be adjusting. It was mass chaos at first. They only take 1 nap - 11:30am-1:30pm. These naps are taken on a mat and not in a crib. He has more structured days. He gets to go outside. All good things of course. But with the new routine and the new teachers, I think it was all a bit much for him. :-( But things have settled down a bit. Now if I could just figure out some good lunches to send to school!

He has however been bitten 3 times since he's started that class. I realize kids are at that age where biting occurs, but still. THREE TIMES? I spoke with the Assistant Director and she said that the Director meets with the kids and their parents and if can't be resolved, they are asked to leave. And I know the teachers can't see everything all the time, but this third time he didn't get a note sent home. Which means no one saw what happened. How could Aiden have not cried? This last bite bruised his leg. *SIGH*

Aiden's been teething alot lately. He drools through his shirts and his fingers are constantly in his mouth. One tooth finally made it's debut - bottom right. But I think there's another one coming. His other six came in pairs, so I don't think this time around will be any different. Of course with all this teething comes some not so great nights of sleep. Hopefully that other one will emerge and we can get back to normal life.
