Happy New Year!
Wow! Can I just say I’m glad the holidays are over? It was fun while it lasted, but whew!
We drove to Kansas on Saturday, December 22nd - Aiden did fine most of the way, especially since he had a DVD player to keep him occupied. However, the last few hours were not totally pleasant. :-P Drove back home on Wednesday, December 26th – through Arkansas, to pick up Dayne - It snowed just about the entire time we were in Arkansas, which btw, wasn't forecasted. Drove to the Johnson’s on Friday, December 28th, then back home Saturday, December 29th. Then had a New Year’s Eve get together at our house! Our vacation wasn’t exactly a vacation. We were always doing something...and I didn’t get to sleep in. That would have made it a real vacation. Hahaha. Now, it’s back to work and normal routines.
