PHILLY TRIP - GRAD

Schedule:

Saturday, May 12th
9:30am (Central) - leave the house
12:00noon - get to the airport and park the car
1:30pm - supposed to be boarding the flight, but the airplane wasn't even there yet
2:00pm - still not on the plane
2:30pm - finally
6:50pm (Eastern) - land in Philly
7:30ishpm - train to Center City, then walk to hotel IN THE RAIN
8:30ishpm - finally getting settled and dried
whew

Sunday, May 13th
11:00am - sightseeing and bus tour
2:30pm - finally get some food @ Jim's Steaks, it was ok
4:45pm - head back to the hotel to rest
8:30ishpm - get dinner from COSI's - I think the Wasabi Roast Beef sandwich may have been yummier than the cheesesteak we had for lunch

Monday, May 14th
10:00am - head down to Independence Hall, since we didn't get to tour it the day before
10:30am - head back to hotel since the next tour available is 1:15pm
12:30pm - bibimbap & chicken teriyaki bowl for lunch
2:00pm - waiting outside until doors open to public for graduation
3:30pm - graduation starts
6:00pm - back @ hotel, resting
7:30pm - dinner @ Pasion - best ceviche ever (i think that was my first taste of ceviche ever, heehee)
9:00pm - packing, packing & more packing

Tuesday, May 15th
8:00am - head to train station
9:00am - checked in @ airport and waiting for plane
11:00am - still not boarding - mechanical issues - say goodbye to halmuni, halabuji and eemo
12:00pm - still not on plane
1:00pm - finally leaving philly
2:45pm - land in DFW
6:00pm - finally in longview
