Wordless Wednesdays are a cop out, I know :-P
But, I do have a few things to update you on. Mr Aiden went to see his first movie in the theater last week. Dayne was visiting for the week so Ashley took them both to see the new Ice Age movie. Ashley said he did pretty good, but still didn't sit in his seat the whole time.
The boys also went to Hurricane Harbor (for those in KS/MO, think Oceans of Fun). By the boys I mean Ashley, Uncle Wes, Aiden, Dayne and Ethan. The consensus is no one under 5 will be allowed to go and the adults need to outnumber the children. I think Aiden still had a blast. They stayed in a nearby hotel the night before (thank you priceline) and got to go swimming in the pool. And they played Bolt on the side of the hotel for the kiddos. Ashley says it was a packed house.
Sophie's doctor's appointment in Dallas is scheduled for Monday, July 27th. We'll keep you posted on what the doc says.
I'm trying to keep track of all the stuff Aiden says lately so we can tell him when he gets older. Here's are a few we've caught and/or remembered:
"Sun in my eyes again" - when he's in the car and the sun gets in his face, doesn't say it so much these days.
"Two of thems" - doesn't matter what it is, he wants two of them, ok usually a food item
"What's up girrrrl?" - or just a "good girrrl" with a thumbs up. think maybe he heard that at school? :-P
"All my byself" - not so much anymore
And the funniest to me right now, cuz it's so recent - Covering his ears, "I can't hear my kool-aid/dinner" - while Sophie cries.

Wordless Wednesdays are a cop out. :) I like being able to post a quick picture I like though... especially since I really should be studying instead of blogging.
I love that picture of Sophie in the carrier. I love that Aiden says "two of thems"... :)
You take really good food pictures! I want to grab it right off the screen... so stop it!
