Aiden @ 9 months
22lbs 3oz
30in
She's actually lost a little weight, but she has been sick. I think we are finally getting over all this nastiness. After Aiden & Sophie got sick, they passed it on to me. Nice. I still have a cough, but that's always the last to go. ;-)

omg, I love those pigtails!
Sophie seems to be suffering from a little separation anxiety. She just bawls when I drop her off at school in the morning and at night, when I try to put her in bed, she grabs my finger and holds on for dear life.

We're trying to reinforce good behavior with Aiden, so Ashley made up a chart a few weeks ago. Aiden got to put a sticker on it after he brushed his teeth at night. It was a ploy to try and get through that particular task without too much complaining and whining. So far it's worked. He collected 10 stickers and we bought him a new toy - a Cars car. I made a new chart with more squares - we're including morning and evening teeth brushing. :-)
Valentine's Day is coming up and I've been baking up a storm. I have an order for 3 1/2 dozen cupcakes, another for 4 dozen cupcakes, a dozen chocolate chip cookies and a dozen sugar cookies. After all that, I have an order for 3 dozen cupcakes next weekend. It's crazy, but I'm not complaining. Here are a few things I've been experimenting with, along with some cupcakes I made for a friend's birthday.

chocolate stout cupcakes w/ganache filling & bailey's frosting

iced sugar cookies

more sugar cookies

ganache covered sugar cookies & cupcakes
More to come.
Here's a cute video of Sophie crawling and messing around.
