I dropped her off in the "Bears" room and put her on the mat with a toy. One of the boys came over and took her toy away! *gasp* Looks like I'm going to have to teach her how to stick up for herself sooner than later. ;-) The teachers say she's doing pretty well
She's been eating cereal lately and I just started her on some squash. She seems to be doing ok with it, but it's only been a couple days with the squash. She's also sitting up all by herself. I still put a boppy behind her when I'm not right there, just in case. Now, we're waiting for her to just get up on all fours and crawl away! Haha. No teeth as of yet...but that's ok with me. I love her toothless grins!
Aiden is doing well in his "Rabbits" class. They're reviewing a letter of the alphabet every week along with a color, number and shape. Then, on Fridays they bring something for show and tell that corresponds to one of those things. Miss Lindsey says Aiden really enjoys show and tell. He always loves to show everyone his "stuff".
The "Rabbits" are having their Halloween party on Friday and the kids get to wear their costumes. Aiden will be going as a cowboy and I think he has everything he needs to complete the costume. Sophie on the other hand...she has some kitty ears and I was going to draw some whiskers, but don't have the face paint or anything else. I'm such a procrastinator! But, she's not going trick or treating, so I'm not too worried about it. We haven't quite figured out the whole trick or treating thing yet. We want to take Aiden, but our neighborhood just isn't "trick or treating friendly", so we're trying to find a place to take him. Or, we could always just go to the mall...hopefully not.
I've been slacking on the picture taking lately, so I'll try to remember and take lots of pics on Halloween. :-)
