They divided the children into 3 groups: 1st-6th grade, 4yo & kindergarten, 3yo & younger. Well, Aiden fell into the last group and ended up being the biggest one. He's 3, but could almost pass for 5. He's as tall as they are!

i'm ready mom!
Anyway, I guess the object was to find the golden egg, which we didn't know, or weren't paying attention, and ended up passing right on by it. Aiden was just having fun picking up random eggs anyway.

getting a running start
He found alot alot. :-)

On Easter we went to church and they had an awesome choral(e)? play/performance (they called it a cantata?). Aiden was in his classroom during Sunday school, but when it was time for services, they decided to close the classroom so everyone could enjoy the performance. It would have been nice to know ahead of time, because a 3 year old with nothing to do, but try and sit still in church...disaster waiting to happen. Finally, one of the teachers decided it wasn't working out, so she opened the class back up. Whew. We barely got through the 15 minutes he was sitting with us. Maybe it was a shorter or longer time period...who knows...seemed like forever. :-)
I tried to get some cute pictures of the fam, but no one was really cooperating. Ok, the children weren't cooperating. :-P
